Summary

Immune Arch^TM Inc provides a web application that helps you organize research projects on TCR sequences analysis.

High throughput sequencing produces a massive amount of detailed TCR sequence information for each library sequenced, which must be processed in order to extract meaningful information. To facilitate data analysis, we have implemented an automated bioinformatic pipeline as web services. Once the raw sequence data is filtered and processed, several types of analyses can be performed interactively within the browser.

Requirements

The application has been tested with the following browser.

• IE 10 and later
• Chrome 68 and later
• Safari 11 and later
• Firefox 60 and later

Things To Remember

• Our pipeline is designed only for use with data created with our HDIP reagent systems and cannot be used with sequencing data created by other methods.
• Additional custom analysis, beyond the standard analysis offered through Immune Arch, may incur additional charges.
